Self-Circulating Cooling Structure
The MX Series pump features a self-circulating cooling structure. Special thermal diffusion holes are placed at the connection point between the impeller and magnetic coupling. This helps force liquid circulation around the pump shaft and bearings due to centrifugal force, effectively dissipating heat generated by friction. This feature prevents deformation and melting of the pump materials caused by excessive heat, ensuring consistent performance.
Non-Contact Design
Optimized magnetic positioning between the passive and active magnets ensures precise control over the magnetic coupling. Even during idle or dry running conditions, the bearing’s rear end does not contact the thrust collar, effectively reducing friction and preventing overheating. This design also ensures proper lubrication at friction points, extending the life of the components.
Combined Spiral Casing
