The Fischer differential pressure transmitter is commonly used in SUNRUI ballast water treatment systems, specifically in Bollfilter filters, to measure differential pressure.

Category:

Fischer Differential Pressure Transmitter for Sunrui Ballast Water Treatment System

Application: The Fischer differential pressure transmitter is designed for measuring overpressure, partial vacuum, and differential pressure in liquid and gaseous media. With a range from 0-0.4 to 0-6 bar, this transmitter is versatile for various industrial and sanitary applications.

Typical Uses:

  • Monitoring the differential pressure between supply and return lines in heating systems.
  • Keeping track of filters, blowers, and compressors.

Main Features:

  • Overpressure Protection: Safeguards the device against excessive pressure.
  • Maintenance-Free: Thanks to its inductive movement, the transmitter requires no ongoing maintenance.
  • Versatility: Suitable for multiple applications across different industries.
  • Rugged Design: Built to withstand tough conditions.

The transmitter operates with a center-mounted tappet that moves a diaphragm system, which in turn adjusts an inductive displacement transducer. This motion is converted into an electrical output signal (0(4) – 20 mA) using a 3-wire connection. The transmitter is protected against reverse battery connections and short circuits.

Construction and Operation: This transmitter relies on a simple and robust diaphragm movement. The principle behind it remains consistent across all applications. The diaphragm is balanced by springs on both sides. When pressure or differential pressure is applied, it disrupts this balance until a new equilibrium is achieved, allowing for accurate measurements.

Specifications:

  • Measuring Ranges: 0-0.4 to 0-6 bar
  • Nominal Pressure: 16 bar
  • Max. Pressure Load: Protected against one-sided overpressure up to nominal pressure, and partial vacuum on both sides of the diaphragm.
  • Temperature Range: Operating temperature from 0°C to +70°C, storage up to 70°C.
  • Protection Class: IP54 (as per DIN EN 60529)
  • Accuracy: Linearity within 2% FS, Hysteresis within 1% FS
  • Electrical Connection: 3-wire, with an operating voltage of 24 V DC/AC.
  • Output Signal: Options include 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, or 0-10 V DC linear signals.
  • Pressure Connections: Available with female thread G 1/8 or cutting ring connections for 6mm or 8mm tubes.
  • Materials: The case is made from polycarbonate, the pressure chamber from brass, and the diaphragm from NBR or Viton®.

Mounting: The transmitter should be mounted upright with pressure ports facing downward. It is reverse battery and short circuit protected for reliable operation.
